I'm Fat Betty. 26 Years old, Born and raised in Detroit Mi.
I worked as a Project lead for an Energy Efficiency Company.
I have been a big girl all my life with no problems, I was captain of the cheer team and still did cartwheels and splits.
But, I'm getting older and I can't do the things I use to. Couple that with the fact that I have knee injuries from sports in High School and bad genetics. - It makes it harder for me to do some things ( not that I ever let that stop me)- plus I love to eat.
I have tried multiple times with multiple diets to lose weight. But I have never been able to stick to them long enough to actually see any results other than the few times I tried the Atkins.
I'm open for ideas, hints, tips, tricks, and new ways to do things to make this work.
