I am not telling you how to eat. I am telling you how I eat.

I am not educated in nutrition, I am not a dietitian, I'm also not perfect, I do things that other people don't do and I eat things that other people wouldn't .

I work. A lot. I have a family. Including my Dear husband ( DH) and my stepson (BOY). My dear Mother (MOM), my sister  (BELL), and my two brothers (HAV) and (SEB). I have a house. And therefore, responsibilities. 

I have shortcuts. 

I eat out. 

I have found a way to do this that works for me.
