Overnight Oatmeal Base
Overnight oatmeal is suppose to be either a cold-- or hot I guess- cereal that you can just grab out of the fridge. You add liquid and oats and toppings together, shake it up and set in the fridge. It keeps for a couple of days- it's pretty filling, and pretty low in calorie.

Pick a base. I usually go with what I have on hand. It's usually a mixture of these three bases. Or, if I have a choice between them- I decide using what kind of toppings I have in mind. 1. Pick a base. 2. Measure ingredients. 3. Starting with the oats- pour one by one into a jar. _ Or small container. 4. Calculate your Toppings. And add them in. 5. Cover. Shake. Put it in the fridge. 6. Eat the next day. Or... sometime that week. Oatmeal Ideas
